Skinny sidewalks next to 5 lanes of traffic one way, 6 the other. One is a high way with 45 mph posted the other is a state route with 35 mph posted, both of which are hardly observed by drivers.
The feeling of walking next to speeding distracted drivers with only a small nominal curb to "protect" me from imminent damage and possible death is not a good one.
There is really no doubt in my mind that this is clearly not meant for walking, it is not pleasant and does not attract foot visitors.
